PRODUCT REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS

The warranty for durable products (electronic devices), as established in article 123 of RDL 1/2007, is two years from the delivery of said product, and it is necessary to notify VAPERLOOP within two months of its detection. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, but not wear and tear due to normal use or misuse.


In these cases VAPERLOOP will replace or repair your device. If neither of these two options is possible because the product is not available, we will give you a discount voucher for your next purchase.



All collection and shipping costs will be borne by us.


If we collect the device and our technical service detects that it is functioning correctly, the customer must pay the costs incurred for delivery and collection.


The warranty does not protect against accidental damage, loss, natural phenomena, electrical surge or any other event that did not originate during the manufacture of the product. The guarantee will be applied taking into account the nature of the products:

  • If the product presents the quality and performance expected for this type of product, you will not be able to use the warranty.
  • External batteries have a 3-month warranty, as they have a useful life of between 6 and 12 months (about 300 charges).
  • Atomizers, liquids, disposable vapers and spare parts are considered consumables and therefore have no warranty. Any problem with any of these products must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important that you review your orders since after this time no claims will be accepted.


Tips for use: Failure to comply with any of the following points may void your warranty.


  • Make sure you use the correct type of battery for each mod, if you are not sure which one to use, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department so that our experts can advise you.
  • Turn off your devices when storing them to prevent accidental activation.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself or by anyone other than VAPERLOOP.
  • Only use the chargers that come in the kit and/or mod and for external batteries one of the chargers in our accessories section (it is advisable to charge the batteries using an external charger).
  • Never leave batteries charging unattended.
  • Always use shrink-wrapped batteries in optimal condition.
  • Recycle your batteries in the containers intended for this purpose.
  • Always transport your batteries in appropriate containers and never carry them in your pocket with loose change, keys or metal objects.
  • Keep your devices clean and dry.
  • Do not screw your atomizers tightly to the battery. Just making contact is enough.

Our agents will ask you for the necessary information and tell you how to proceed if a return is necessary.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the right of withdrawal and returns of article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following paragraphs:


Period for exercising the right of withdrawal: You may exercise the right of withdrawal without the need for justification within a period of 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.


How to exercise the right of withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal regarding products purchased exclusively at VAPORLOOP, you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email toinfo@vapori.escomto unequivocally express your decision to withdraw from the contract.


The right of withdrawal will be understood to have been exercised within the period when you have sent us the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the end of the corresponding period, in the terms indicated above.


The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the notification.


Consequences of withdrawal: In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, unless you have chosen a delivery option other than the least expensive ordinary delivery (in which case we will not any additional costs arising from this will be reimbursed) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the return. We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method in which the purchase was paid without incurring any costs as a result of the refund, with the exception of the costs of returning the product.


In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all their accessories. Returns of the following products will not be accepted according to article 103 of RDL 1/2007:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (liquid, aromas, bases...).
  • The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.


Returns are not accepted for products that, due to misuse or not having the original packaging, cannot be put back on sale, unless they were sent in poor condition by us or suffer from a factory defect.


If you receive the order with damage caused during transport, it is important that you take some photographs of the packaging and the damage to support a possible claim with the transport agency, and you must note it on the delivery note that you sign for the delivery person.
